A House Pour at Two Fat Ladies!

A House Pour at Two Fat Ladies!
Two Fat Ladies Restaurants are undoubtedly one of the best-known and high respected restaurants within Scotland. As a real Glaswegian Institution, this is a dining experience you must take the opportunity to indulge in, at least once!

It’s a true pleasure to work closely with Two Fat Ladies Restaurants throughout the past few years. And more so, to have our Barra Atlantic Gin as the ‘House Pour’ throughout Two Fat Ladies at The Buttery, The Shandon Belles and Two Fat Ladies City Centre locations.
Although it’s been some time since we were able to pop-in regularly and indulge in Barra Atlantic Gin tastings, delicious food and chat at Two Fat Ladies, we’re certainly looking forward to the return of this.

A REAL GLASGOW INSTITUTION
The Buttery is one of the most well-known restaurants in Scotland - a real Glaswegian institution. Taken over in 2007 to create Two Fat Ladies at the Buttery. It has the relaxed old-school feel of a by-gone era. The atmosphere is unrivalled - you just won't want to leave!
One of Glasgow’s best-loved and most enduring restaurants, the Buttery has gone from strength to strength since becoming part of the Two Fat Ladies group. The interior celebrates formal Scottish luxury, with oak and mahogany, stained glass and tartan carpet bringing a unique intimate feel to the bar and the dining room, whilst still keeping a relaxed atmosphere.
The menu offers the sort of top-quality cooking that the Buttery is renowned for, and as you would expect from Two Fat Ladies, Scottish seafood and produce is prepared with respect and skill. The Grand Dessert, a greatest hit of their dessert menu, is heaven for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Two Fat Ladies City - A must for fish-lovers!

Open since 2005, the City Centre branch is a little more intimate and compact than The Buttery. An attractive interior is given character by the hint of an underwater theme from the window metalwork, of fish moving through waves, to the wavy lines of the architecture itself - though friendly and helpful service is on hand to ensure a smooth journey!
The menu shows characteristic favouring towards fresh seafood, with daily changing specials alongside favourites such as mussels, sea bass or a magnificent whole lemon sole. An absolute must-visit for fish lovers when in town.

The Shandon Belles - Quality cooking at affordable prices!

The Shandon Belles is the bistro which sits in the basement of the same building as The Buttery. A quirky and cosy little dining room - you'll feel right at home. Simple, honest and well-cooked fresh food is accomplished at great prices.
Nestled snugly underneath Two Fat Ladies at the Buttery, which itself is tucked away in a quiet residential area off Argyle Street, the Shandon Belles is a great little bistro serving top quality cooking at affordable prices in a well-lit room that is both quirky and homely at the same time.

The set menu is great value and, as with all of the Two Fat Ladies ventures, contains fantastically cooked and presented fish dishes and tempting choices for meat-eaters and vegetarians too. The wine list is also competitively priced and well judged. The desserts are rich and comforting, and a good coffee with perfect home-made tablet makes for a perfect way to end a great meal.
