The natural turf provides a quite exquisite playing surface all year round and the elevated links with natural contours are especially pleasing on the eye. The landscape around the course, and the town itself, is extremely special. It is here where you will find rolling moors, rocky cliffs and beautiful white beaches - the golfing photographer's dream.

The 9-hole course is 2396 yards and has elevated links with natural contours. On machair land, the natural turf provides an excellent playing surface. The club has negotiated a 25-year lease on the land for the course from the Cleat crofting township, and although there is no clubhouse as yet, this will be the club’s 'millennium' project. The site on which the clubhouse is planned holds wonderful views over the beach and out into the Atlantic. Parts of the course itself will be visible from the clubhouse.
