Recommended Serve

50ml Barra Atlantic Gin
Pink/Red Grapefruit
Walter Gregor's Original Tonic Water
Add a dash of ice to a low-ball glass.

Gently squeeze your pink or red grapefruit across the ice, just adding a few drops & no more.

Pour a large measure of our Island Spirit into your glass

Add a splash of Walter Gregor’s original tonic water & slip your wedge of grapefruit in.

Give a generous stir with a spoon, making the bold flavours & salty notes burst out.

Finally, sit back & enjoy our award-winning Barra Atlantic Gin.

Cucumber and Rosemary G&T

50ml Barra Atlantic Gin
1 cucumber, peeled lengthways
6 wedges of lime
2 sprigs of rosemary
100ml Walter Gregor's Tonic Water
Add two cucumber slices, the juice from the lime wedges, a spring of rosemary and the gin into a Boston shaker and muddle well.

Pour the ingredients through a strainer into a tall glass, fill with ice cubes and top with tonic. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and a cucumber ribbon!

Strawberry and Black Pepper G&T

50ml Barra Atlantic Gin
3 Strawberries sliced
Black peppercorns and a grinder
Walter Gregor's Original Tonic Water
Pour our Barra Atlantic Gin in the glass and add in the slices of strawberry.

Fill the glass with ice and grind in black pepper.

Pour in the tonic water, lightly stir and garnish with an extra strawberry!

Barra Martini

105ml Barra Atlantic Gin (3 shots)
20ml – 35ml Vermouth (1/2 to 1 shot)
Green Olive
In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and vermouth, pouring more or less vermouth to your taste.

Stir for 30 seconds.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a Green Olive.

Red Snapper

50ml Barra Atlantic Gin
110ml Tomato Juice
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Barra Mary Mix*
Celery Stick to Garnish
Pour all ingredients into a highball glass.

Stir with a cocktail spoon briefly.

Add cubed ice.

Garnish with a celery stick.

350ml Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 12.5ml Tabasco hot sauce
 10 Grinds black pepper
 1 Bar spoons horseradish cream
1 Bar spoons sea salt
 Stir and strain into a bottle
 Use within 14 days

Barra French 75

100ml Champagne
35ml Barra Atlantic Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
Lemon Twist to Garnish
 Pour ingredients into a small cocktail mixer (excluding the champagne)

Add cubed ice, seal and shake for 10-15 seconds

Double strain into a chilled flute

Top with champagne, garnish
