Barra Planters Punch 

50ml Island Dark Rum
20ml Cognac
20ml Lime Juice
15ml Port
25ml Raspberry cordial
100ml Coldbrew Green Tea 
Pour all the ingredients into a punch glass

Garnish and add crushed ice

Serve as a punch, over a large ice block.  
Limes, berries and mint to garnish

Barra Mojito  

60ml Island Dark Rum
30ml Lime juice
50ml Soda water 
20ml Sugar syrup
(seaweed infused syrup adds an additional layer of depth to the drink*)
Add mint sprigs to the base of highball glass

Pour the ingredients into a glass

Add crushed ice
Mint sprig to garnish

Island Old Fashioned 

50ml Island Dark Rum
10ml Demerara Sugar Syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass

Stir, over cubed ice for ten seconds

Strain into an old-fashioned glass.

Add ice 
Burnt orange peel to garnish
