Rhubarb & Heather Cup
50ml Rhubarb and Heather Gin Liqueur
20ml Honey Water
10ml Lime juice
100ml Soda water
-
Add a selection of seasonal berries and
fresh mint to the base of a highball glass
Add cubed ice and pour in the remaining ingredients
Garnish with a further mint sprig and a
dehydrated or sliced stalk of rhubarb

Mint, rhubarb, seasonal fruit to garnish
Hedgerow Martini
50ml Rhubarb and Heather Gin Liqueur
15ml Dry vermouth
15ml Barra Atlantic Gin

Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail
mixing glass
Add cubed ice
Stir for 10/15
seconds
Strain the liquid into a chilled
martini or cocktail glass
Garnish by
zesting a lemon peel over the liquid,
placing the lemon into the glass

Finish with a lemon dale


Barra Spritz
35ml Rhubarb and Heather Gin Liqueur
15ml Orange Liqueur (triple sec)
10ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Soda Water
100ml Sparkling Wine

Pour all the ingredients into a stemmed
wine glass
Add cubed ice

Garnish with
an orange wheel
