Our Rhubarb & Heather Gin Liqueur portrays a packed flavour of rhubarb, a spice of ginger and a hint of lemongrass.

We recommend serving neat over ice or to give a delicious depth of flavour to your G&T, add a 15ml measure into your Barra Atlantic Gin & Tonic.

Rhubarb & Heather Cup

50ml Rhubarb and Heather Gin Liqueur
20ml Honey Water
10ml Lime juice
100ml Soda water
-
Add a selection of seasonal berries and fresh mint to the base of a highball glass

 Add cubed ice and pour in the remaining ingredients

Garnish with a further mint sprig and a dehydrated or sliced stalk of rhubarb

Mint, rhubarb, seasonal fruit to garnish

Hedgerow Martini 

50ml Rhubarb and Heather Gin Liqueur
15ml Dry vermouth
15ml Barra Atlantic Gin
-
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass

Add cubed ice

Stir for 10/15 seconds

Strain the liquid into a chilled martini or cocktail glass

Garnish by zesting a lemon peel over the liquid, placing the lemon into the glass

Finish with a lemon dale

Barra Spritz

35ml Rhubarb and Heather Gin Liqueur
15ml Orange Liqueur (triple sec) 10ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Soda Water
100ml Sparkling Wine
-
Pour all the ingredients into a stemmed wine glass

Add cubed ice
-
Garnish with an orange wheel
