The Investment Opportunity
We are inviting select investors to join our latest round of funding to support the next phase of our new single malt distillery.
This round aims to raise £750,000, valuing the company at £13.1 million. If investor interest exceeds the target, the offer will be capped at £1 million (7.1% equity) to maintain balanced ownership.
Funds raised will directly support the main build phase of our new single malt whisky distillery on Barra.
The project is already backed by over £4.85 million in previous investment, pre-cask sales, and HIE grants and loans.

Our Progress So Far
Construction began in late 2024, marking a defining milestone for our team and the Barra community.
Phase One, the Enabling Works, has been successfully completed, laying the groundwork for our long-term vision.
The next phase will deliver a state-of-the-art distillery, producing over 200,000 litres of pure alcohol annually, filling 1,400 casks, and housing our beloved gin still, Ada.
The site will also feature a visitor centre, café, bar, and retail space, welcoming locals and travellers alike.
This is not just an investment in whisky.
It is an investment in people, place, and future prosperity for Barra.
A Growing Global Presence
From the Outer Hebrides to airports around the world, our products are reaching new audiences every day.
Isle of Barra Gin is now listed in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen Airports, with national rollout plans including Heathrow and Gatwick.
We have also secured partnerships across Germany, Italy, Singapore, Japan, India, and Canada, with further discussions underway in the USA, Mexico, and South Korea.
Our recent export deal to India, worth up to £500,000, marks our largest to date and lays the foundation for future whisky sales.
