Isle of Barra Gin
Signature Serve
50ml Isle of Barra Gin

Plenty Of Ice

Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Place ice cubes in chilled high ball glass, pour in all ingredients, garnish and enjoy.

Twist or slice of grapefruit and fresh rosemary to garnish.
Hebridean Vodka Espresso Martini
45ml Hebridean Vodka

25ml Kahlua
-
25ml Cooled Espresso

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well. Strain and serve into a chilled coupe glass.

Coffee beans to garnish.


Isle of Barra Gin
Negroni
25ml Isle of Barra Gin

25ml Campari
-
25ml Sweet red vermouth

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth over the ice. Quickly stir the ice in the glass down to a dilution you like, then garnish with an orange twist or two if using.

Garnish with an orange twist.
Isle of Barra Gin
Coastal Martini
75ml Isle of Barra Gin

15ml dry vermouth
-
1 dash orange bitters
-
Chill your martini glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice. In a mixing glass, add plenty of ice. Pour in the gin, vermouth, and bitters. Stir gently for around 30 seconds until well chilled. Strain into the chilled martini glass.

Norcella olives and sprig of samphire to garnish.


Island Dark Rum
Old Fashioned
60ml Island Dark Rum OR Sherry Cask Aged Rum

7.5ml demerara syrup (or simple syrup)
-
2 dashes of orange bitters
-
1 large ice cube
-
Place a large ice cube into a chilled rocks glass. Pour in all ingredients and stir well until properly chilled and diluted.

Cherry and a twist of orange peel to garnish.
