We infuse our vodka with carrageen seaweed, which we sustainably hand harvest from the pristine beaches of our island's Atlantic shores.
We make our grain-based vodka in small batches of 100 bottles, with an alcohol content of 44% ABV.
On the nose, our vodka offers delicate aromas with impressive depth, capturing a subtle marine essence.
The palate is smooth and balanced, reflecting the rugged coastal environment of Barra, while the finish is clean and long-lasting with a refreshing sea-inspired note.
