Lead Time: Please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Shipping Days: We ship Monday – Thursday. Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be processed the following week.
Note: As we are based on the Isle of Barra, deliveries may occasionally be delayed by island weather. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Service: DHL Express (Monday – Friday collection).

Returns & Refunds

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund, goods must be returned unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Shipping & Liability: The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked service, as liability for loss or damage during transit remains with the sender.
Processing Time: Once a return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 30 days.
