Summer in style with our Scottish rum

With the holidays just around the corner, we thought we’d share a personal favourite serve of ours – a timeless classic, reimagined with a little Hebridean soul and some unique Scottish Rum.
This Old Fashioned-style serve is smooth, warming and full of character. Here’s how to make it:
🥃 60ml Island Dark Rum (or Sherry Cask Aged)
🍬 7.5ml demerara syrup (or simple syrup)
🍊 2 dashes of orange bitters
🧊 Stir with a large ice cube
🍒 Garnish with a cherry and twist of orange peel
Simple, elegant and made for sipping.
