Perfect for raising a glass with someone special, this Old Fashioned-style serve is smooth, warming and full of character. Here’s how to make it:

🥃 60ml Island Dark Rum (or Sherry Cask Aged)
🍬 7.5ml demerara syrup (or simple syrup)
🍊 2 dashes of orange bitters
🧊 Stir with a large ice cube
🍒 Garnish with a cherry and twist of orange peel

Simple, elegant and made for sipping.
